how do i delete my account?
settings → delete everything. your name, notes, messages and picture go at once. like any chat app, messages you already sent to a friend stay on their side.
i forgot my password.
on the sign-in page, tap forgot password. a code goes to your email. it works for 15 minutes.
someone wrote something that crosses the line.
tap ··· on it, then report. it gets looked at, and if it's over the line, it's gone.
my note disappeared.
if you gave it a week or a month, that's it fading on schedule. if you didn't, it may have been taken down. write to us if you think that's a mistake.
can i get a faded note back?
no. that's the whole point of fading. sorry. (not very.)
